looking for anyone from around columbus that rides on weekends. I have been to Perry co. and to Wayne and liked them both. The guys I used to ride with no longer ride and I dont like to ride by myself. I have an Eiger 4X4 and a Z400, so I can play in the creeks and mud or on the hillclimbs.

Well, I got the Grizzly while ago and want to go to Perry!!!
How do we hookup?

 

We're heading to Monday Creek tonight.
We'll be at Williams campground.
Stop in for a beer dudes.
Riding in the morning.

 

Not sure. We're planning to leave around 5:00-5:30 and that should put us down there around 7:30? I think we're going to be leaving there around 1:00 or so, so we will still be able to get some stuff done around home (gotta cut the grass one last time so I can put the mower away for the winter).

If I end up driving, then you can look for a red Chevy '95 K2500 EC, LB with a ram air hood. there will probably be a red/silver '93 K2500 LB there, as well if so. Both are diesel trucks, so you'll see the bumpers. I'll be on my '99 Scrambler, black helmet, and the only other one I know for sure that will be there is a green Sportsman. Not sure what the rest of the group has. If I find more info about what we're driving, then I'll post another message.

Where's Monday Creek?? How do you get there? How far from Canton?

 

it's in the wayne national forest area. route 33, near nelsonville. i'm not sure how I-77 connects down that way. look for the dorr run trailhead signs just west of nelsonville.

Were you riding on Saturday with a guy on a Raptor? That was about the only Grizzly I saw down there. We ended up parking at a different spot than I had thought we would.
