Are any of these places besides croom and onf actually legal to ride in??I live in the ocala nationalforest,its great riding,but i wants some freakin big hills and jumps,anybody know of any??

I'm in Sarasota. There are some great trails in Pt Charlotte, and also in Naples (bad luck prairie). Both have high speed sections for sport quads, woods trails, and serious mud!

 

We ride every saturday night out ay Mac's fish camp on US 27 (about 40 minutes from Boca). Lots of mud but its better now that it has not rained so much. We usally ride and cookout. Anywhere from 15 to 40 bikes on a good night even more. I know Lightman got popped out there but I think thats because he was there during the week. We have never been hassled there at night. The group I go with is 3 grizzlys, a big bear, a rincon and a forman. Come go ride with us this Sat night.

Yes, mac's is a cool place if you're in south florida and like mud. I did get stopped and warned by the rangers, and entered into their computer system, so if I get caught there again I'm in big trouble. This was on a wednesday around 3pm. From what I hear, weekend night time is safer... SERIOUS mud there. Bad luck prairie has equal amounts of mud, but much much more riding, good for those folks in SW florida.

 

I RIDE WITH PARIOGRIZZ AT MAC'S ALOT WE RIDE BIG CYPRESS WHEN IT OPENS BACK UP I'M HEADING TO STUART IN THE END OF JULY AND WAS GOING TO RIDE AT THE COMPOUND BUT HEARD THAT IF I'M LOOKING FOR MUD THAN TO GO TO CANVERAL GROVES ANY EVER BEEN THERE? I WAS THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THE MUDFEST IN OKEE BUT I'M A STOCK BIKE AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME AND JUST FRUSTRATED. NOT TO MENTION EVERYONE I TALK TO IS GOING ON SATURDAY AND I GOTTA WORK
I RODE IN WEST PALM FOR WHILE OFF OF JOG ROAD GOT KINDA BORING ONLY 2 MUD HOLES TO MANY SPORT QUADS AND DIRT BIKES FOR MY LIKING NOT TO MENTION THE COUPLE OF TIMES THE COPS HAVE COME OUT THERE AND THEY PUT UP A BIGGER GATE MAC'S AT NIGHT IS GOOD AS LONG AS YOU STAY OFF OF KROME AND US 27 AND DONT RIDE DOWN TOWARDS HOLIDAY PARK BY THE POWER STATION. BEEN LOOKING TO GET A RIDE ON A SUNDAY OVER AT BADLUCK PAIRIE SO IS THE COMPOUND ANY GOOD FOR MUD OR IS CANAVERAL GROVES BETTER?????

Canaveral Groves is fun, lots of water and lots of mud. Lightman is scarred to make the trip up to play in the mud, lol. Lightman, I dont know this guy... we will be at MudFest Friday night and ride on Saturday.
