I ride in south Jersey but I have some freinds up in your part of the state.
You should check out www.jdara.org Its a ride club that is expanding into Central and south Jersey chapters but currently, most of them are in the northern 1/3 of the state.

Trails near Stanhope
I just bought a 2006 Yamaha Raptor R and my parents live in Stanhope NJ. I leave my quad at their house since I don't have anywhere to ride it in Philadelphia. I found some trails near their house that go on forever. I access the trails behind a high school near their house. The trails go on forever. The go in every direction possible. It is easy to get lost which makes it alot of fun. The trails aren't anything great because they are filled with rocks. It is a bumpy ride almost the entire time. I have a place in mind that I would like to start building a mini track if your interested in going riding in Stanhope sometime.
