Hey i ride there all the time.. its like 6 bucks a day. 7 miles of trails. its more for dirt bike though. there are so many ruts from the 4x4 quads. it is still fun i like riding by the water course. if you have a quad you need to have it registered. other than that it is the same rules as everywhere else.

LOOFER, I originally am from McLean IL just south of B/N. Where do you ride around home?
Unfortunately growing up there private lands were the only acess for riding is that still true?

Have a great week!

Hey...I live in arlington hts and go to school in normal. So i am about 40 north of chicago. I usally ride at Bong and ride the railroad tracks by me. I dont get much time to go ridin but i still enjoy it too much to get rid of my rides. I also try to go to silver lake sand dunes a few times a year..it is a blast. I am always lookin for new places to ride. unforntunily it is all illegal riding

41...Let me know how it went. I'd like all of the details and all of the hoops you had to jump thru to go there.
thanks

I live 2 miles from bong. All you need is a state park sticker. You can get a daily,3 day, or a seasonal sticker. And yes they must be registered.

Markshop, Where do you go to get the sticker and what do you mean "registered"? Is there a website or a phone# you can give me?
