Outer Banks NC beachatv
Going to the Outer banks in the summer. Thought it would be cool to take a cruise
on the beach while I am there. Is this allowed, if so how do I jet a permit if I need one.
Not looking to tear up the place just would be cool to take a ride on the beach.
