Turbomanford, wardens can go ANYWHERE. They don't need search warrents, either, if they have probable cause, like a bone or feather. They have more power than any other law enforcement officer. I have spoke with several and have been followed. My vehicle has been blocked in and I had to wait for him to return to be able to leave, after he questioned me. No problem, but they have a dangerous job. I wouldn't want it.

 

Hatfield-McCoy Trails are in West Virginia not Kentucky. They have 400 miles, and I hear are opening up another 100 soon!
