I just found out today at work,that the companies who own the land behind the school or people,I believe rotoclip is of them a eastern texas is the other dont want any 1 riding behind there so they are steping up enforcement w the Franklin township PD who have bought a 2004 Yamaha RHino w 2 trailers.You got it 1 for the rhino an 1 w ya quads name on it.Im fed up right now I feel like gettng 3-4 for sale signs an puttIng quads on front lawn.I refuse to pay 30 bucks to ride w over sugared spazzed out ahole pit squids at english town. I know half of them ride like there on a power trp, dont want to ride lke pastrana or hawk hopped up on crack I just wanna ride at a relaxed pace an not have some kid kick me in a turn or roost me.Im pretty much a peaceful person but when some cheap shots me There gonna get jacked up,no if sands or butts bout it.SO my last riding area here sounds lke it just coughed.I am not joking if ya dont believe me call the town yaself an find out.

 

I'd love for them to come after me on their Rhino LOL, though I love Yamaha, I would let them catch up to me then roost them and do it over and over again, they'd never catch me if they wanted to!

That's really sucky news.
Seems like people are losing riding areas all over.
It's terrible up were i live. only pits with some of the worst punk kids riding in them.
I know how yah feel.

The Rhino thing is kinda funny though not sure what there going to catch on that. pretty sure my crappy honda 250 utility could ride that thing a ride for it's money offroad.

 

i know how ya feel. if they arent kicking u out of somehwere there are houses being built on it. all my trail got demolished when they decide to put a development right where i ride.

 

It is called Progress. May I suggest something? Move to a state where there is riding areas availble.

I here people gripe about riding areas being closed and it usually turns out it was private property they were riding on. If you want a place to ride you can do as I suggested or save up some money and buy your own piece of heaven. Tresspassing does not make it right, you are only giving the sport a bigger black eye and you will lose more areas if you keep it up.

Are there any clubs in your area? If so check them out and you might find guys/gals who have extra room on their trailers to take you with them.

Just because you own a quad does not gaurantee you a place to ride it close, I have to drive over an hour to get to place to ride and usually drive over 2 to get to a place where there is not alot of riders, where I can putt along at my pace and not be rushed on the trail.

I know this is not the answer you want but it is the truth and if you are to young (ie. still living at home with mom and dad) it can be something to think about when you move out of the house. There is a great big world out there to be explored. I was 17 when I moved to Alaska for a change of pace, I liked it so I stayed and every now and then I go back to Michigan and visit my folks.
