I've ridden BRF's trails for the last four years and want to try Clark Co. This spring, has anyone ever camped at Rock Dam. I'm looking for a group site for about 8-10 guys and able to ride our atv's right from the campsite to the trail does anyone know if Rock Dam would be a good place to stay at. Thanks

 

I see its been a couple months since you asked this question so you may already have a answer. But any ways we go to rock dam almost every weekend in the summer. My friends parents own a cabin there. There campground is nice and easy to get to the trail from. You have to tell them when you call to reserve a site that you are bringing 4 wheelers. There is a seprate spot for that. Its up on top of the hill. The trails are really nice and you can go any where from there. We rode to black river last year. Fairchild is our most common run. Its about 15 miles and there is a couple bars there. Well just seen your question so I thought Id give you a shout. Let me know how you like them if you make it there.

 

what is the best campground in clark county that is ATV friendly? and when do the trails close? I want to be around the rock dam area........... thanks
