Any one from CALIFORNIA know of any good spots for ATV trails around Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow, or surounding areas, that are not too packed?

There's a zillion of legal places to ride around here! Which way do you wanna head and what do you want for lunch? I can get us to 3 pizza places and a couple of burger joints, The Slash-X has steaks! All within riding distance from my house in South Apple Valley.

 

hey chris you ever ride the crab flats area? or soggy lake? my friend raves about soggy and tries to get me to go but judging by my 3d mapping software it doesn't look all that great another opinion would be great

 

Last I heard Crab flats was closed due to the fire last year.

Soggy is in the Johnson Valley Offroad area. There's a lot more than just a dry lake out there. It is pretty rocky and has a lot of whoops....Like Non-stop whoops!

There are a couple of small sand dune areas too. Alot of the trails here are just dirt roads. Look near the hills for better trails. The better trails are off of Bessimer mine rd but the dunes are nearer bOONE RD. This area is pretty big. It covers the area between Lucerne Valley and the Marine corps base in 29 palms is the east boundary.

If you have never been here it's worth a trip. JOHNSON VALLEY
