Kfx, Looks like we might be headed to the dunes this Saturday. Watching the weather and waiting to find out if we have to work this weekend. I will know tomorrow night.

Yes I got everything in and hopefully lined out. Its been awhile since I made a trip to the dunes. To long in fact. I will be leaving Lake Charles around 8:30 or so and should arrive around 10am. Just getting back from the Dunes. Barney actually made an attempt to smooth out an area for us to run. Thou it was a narrow strip. The rest of the dunes still very ruff. Not to many quads there today, anywhere from 50-75 quads there. I guess the rain kept people away. I had a good time and the bike ran well. It got better as the day went on.

 

Did i read that right.Barney tried smoothing out the dunes.Hell that's better than nothing.We spent the weekend at Holly Beach.Got some good racing in saturday morning,then the rain came about 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
