La. Dunes are located just south of Forest Hill, Louisiana. From Longview take I-20 to Shreveport. In Shreveport take I-49 south going towards Alexandria. Continue on South until you get to the Forest HIll exit off of I-49. Head towards Forest hill. Until the road dead ins across the railroad tracks in Forest HIll. Take 165 south. Continue South until you see the sign for La. Dunes on the right side of the rode aproximately 2 miles outside of Forest Hill. You will pass by Forest HIll speedway. If you get to Glenmore you have gone to far. Take the rode back into the woods till you see another sign for the dunes. Dont take the first rode which is for a campground. You will turn on the second rock road to the dunes. Takes me 2hours 15 minutes from Shreveport to La. Dunes.
There are around 600 acres and two small Lakes. I like to call them large ponds. Its a nice place to ride and its alot closer than Kermit or Little Sahara for dune riding.

Hey that will work. Always enjoy meeting more ATV'rs. My partners and I are trying to figure out when we can get our stuff together so we can all make it. I'll let you know for sure when we plan on the trip. Do they have good camping spots ?
