Fulton, MO - riding spot
Hey all...
Was wondering if anyone had been to Fulton to ride lately???
Some friends of mine are supposed to go next Saturday, and I was curious to find-out how it compared to Finger Lakes State Park...
What type of trails do they have in Fulton, what is the site like, and any other info you may have would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks Rob...
Some friends and I went to Finger Lakes about a month ago & had a blast. We were there for about 4 or 5 hours, but most of it was spent pulling-out the sport-quads...
How much is there to see @ Finger Lakes? You said that 4-hours would get you everywhere in Fulton...How long would it take to see all of F.L. State Park?
Thanks,
Jumpman

I've only been to Finger Lakes once, and it was MUDDDDDDDY even the Prarie700's and Grizzly 660 w/ lockers had to be winched out, along w/ everyone else. I am going back this weekend, so hopefully it won't be as muddy and we can play and not work.
Fulton cost $5 to get in...you may just want to skip it and go to Finger Lakes since it isn't that much farther. It is an ok place to ride, but small.

If Fulton is a lot smaller...I will suggest to the group that we just go to Finger Lakes...
I looked up info on the Missouri Parks website, and it claims that there are 80 miles of trails @ F.L. That is a lot to offer...
Last time we were at F.L. it was WAY muddy...Made it lots of fun. I will be out that way this weekend...like I said, if I can talk the crew into going to F.L. maybe we'll see ya there.
Look for a pack of yellow Hondas.
so far we have:
2k4 Rancher (yellow) - mine
2k4 400ex (yellow) - mine
2k4 Rancher (yellow)
2k3 Foreman (yellow)
2k3 400ex (yellow)
2k2 300ex (red)
2k3 300ex (red)
2k2 400 Suzi (white)
2k? 660 Raptor (black)
2k4 500H.O. Sportsman (green)
waiting for confirmation from about 6 others....

looks like you have a lot of bikes with ya. we will be camping friday night (campground 18 and 19, i think) and saturday night. I have a red Foreman 400, and one in the group has a yellow Vinson. not sure about the other bikes, though. I wouldn't make the trip all the way from St. Louis to Fulton for a day...wouldn't be worth the gas. The only thing I liked about Fulton was that it was small and I could watch my son drive around without worrying about him.
