Central Valley/Sierras, Ca

New to 2000 DS650. I'm about 45 min from Carnegie, 2 hrs from Hollister. Anyone give me some feedback about either of these?
Anyone else have good areas to ride in the Valley or the Middle to Northern Sierras??

Seadog,
Hollister is awesome. Best of the state parks.
Carnegie, never been there.
I've ridden at Miami Trails (between Oakhurst and Yosemite on HWY 41) in the Sierra N.F. Techincal trails. May be a little tight for the DS.
And I've ridden in the Groveland District, Stanislaus N.F. Fire roads all over the place. 60 mile rides are sweet.
All are great places to ride.
