Hey guys, new here to the forum, but not to 4-wheelers or off-roading.

I am trying to find someone that is going to Silver Lake MI over Labor day 04 or someone that lives close to there. I need somebody to bet my voucher on fri. I won't be there until LATE sat night, and wanting to hit the dunes on sun and mon, but am afraid all the vouchers will be gone, and I will of driven 3 hours for nothing!

(I already called the park, they said we can do this no problem, one person can get there own vouchers and one other persons)

I will be there on sunday and monday. Im not sure how Im getting vouchers myself. My dad races at the west MI sand drags, Im hoping he will get one for me. I live an hour south of silver, so I might have to get one myself. Are you driving a vehicle on hte dunes, or do you need a parking lot voucher?

I will know more later this week.

Is anyone else form this site going?

 

I am driving my jeep. If you decide to go friday let me know, I would be happy to help ya out with some gas money or something to pick my voucher up for me.

A friend of mine is going up on fridayto get me a voucher for sunday. Im not sure how early he will get there(they start giving out vouchers at noon. I told him to get them for as early as possible for sunday. We are allowed to tow 1 vehicle in, so we could meet somewhere and I could tow you. Or you could have a tow strap ready and ask people if they would tow you in. You shouldnt have much trouble finding someone that will do it.

what do you mean "tow" in? I don't get it.

If I understand you right, you have a great 9am sunday voucher, but you are hitched/pulling me with a tow strap, and I have NO voucher, they let me in, no questions? Why would they? What is the point?

Yes that is correct, you can tow a vehicle in with a tow strap with only 1 voucher.

I just found out that I got a voucher for 1-3pm for sunday. This sucks, I was hoping to get in earlaer. I think he has an extra one.

I think Im going up with my brother sat night to try and get a parking lot voucher(8-9am). He would like one, because he runs paddle tires on his truck. Im going to see if I can also get one for myself, so I dont have to wait till 1.
