Me and a buddy were thinking of going to Kermit to ride around the first weekend in November......Just thought I would see if anyone had any pointers as I have heard there is nothing there......How far is it to the nearest store? Is there a certain place that people usually go to camp?

 

Hey, sorry I missed this post! Kermit Dunes are little know as far as I can tell! I have been over there once and I want to go back soon! I think it is about 15 miles back into town and they have 2 or 3 motels! There are no facilities at the dunes! Kermit Dunes are well worth the trip!
