I visited Dyracuse Off-Road Park yesterday(August 27th).
Motocross track- The track was sandy with several elevation changes, whoopy terrian, and nice wooded corners, but not a single "real" jump on the whole track. LAME!!!!
Supercross track- The supercross track was SMALL! It only took 30 seconds too make a lap. There were no big jumps, no doubles, no triples, some crappy whoops, and a tabletop that was right out of a corner, with no acceleration strip too make the jump. LAME!!!!
Trails- The trails were nice. Groomed well, and fun too ride.(only 20 miles of trails) The best part of the Park.

Overall..... Not worth the 160 mile drive(one way) from Rochester for me.
