Turkey Bay-not really in Tn. is ok. Never been to Coal Creek, but plan to attend the Windrock Spring ride. Just got back from H/M in WV. Skirt Wheels featured Tn. in their Where To Ride, or whatever, but f-ed up one of the locations. Does anyone know about the ride spot SOUTH of Knoxville? They showed it being N. West of Jackson, but there isn't an "organized" ride spot there (I live in that area). E.N.E. would be the approx. location of Loretta Lynn's. We do ride the Miss. River a lot in W. Tn.

I will be visiting knoxville thanksgiving week and I am considering bringing my quad to check out windrock. Would any of you tennesee people like to hook up for a ride that week. I know it is a huge area and ez to get lost.

Dunnycat, I live like 10 miles from the Coal Creek trailhead. That place is really awesome. Youll enjoy yourself very much. I, unfortunately, am serving our great country by being stationed in west texas. So I wont get to come back home and ride across the ol' smokies till the last few weeks of December.

Words from the wise....all I got to say is take a coat and some nice thick gloves with handwarmers. Lol! It gets cold up on the mountain.

Thursday ride in mountain city. Meeting in hampton at Hampton fire dept at 10 am or kalantea (not sure how it is spelled) at around 10:45 Everyone welcome.
