Default ATV Trails in Arkansas

Hi Guys,
My son & i are looking to hook up with someone who knows the trails at Magazine Mt. (near Paris, Ark.) We are both experienced riders, so no babysitting required. We checked out the trailhead there this spring, while taking a ride on our motorcycles (cruisers). We would also be interested in riding other trails in western Ark. with anyone who knows their way around. Week days or weekend, no matter, just a little advance notice & we'll meet you where ever you want.
Best Regards, Jerico1

Hi Racechick,
Thanks for your reply. No we've never rode there, but have heard a little about it. What type of trails are there, & how do you get to the trailhead. Regards, Jerico1

I will be driving down there Nov 11 or 12, hoping to hook up with somebody, Mill Creek, Mocassin Gap, Huckleberry, or Wolf Pen Gap.

Hey everyone, not trying to draw anyone away from this forum as it is a good one. But check out the Arkansas Trail Voyagers Section in ATV QUAD SQUAD. We have several riders from Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. We are a group of people that love to have a good time and all are welcome. We ride Magazine, Fourche Mtn, Jack Mtn, Wolf Pen Gap, Jack Mtn. south of Hot Springs, Sugar Creek, you name it one of us has been there. If not we will be headed that way. Look in on us and lets all get together. We all keep dancing around each other but never quite get together. Like I said, I am not trying to get you to leave this forum just inviting you over for a visit. By the way we are putting on a ride at Jack Mtn. for exp. riders Nov. 6th and it would be great to have some of you join in.

At Disney, it's pretty fun...a lot of variety. They have streams to cross, rocks to climb, mud to go through, tough hills, and some nice trails. It's an ATV friendly town. We talked to a gentleman today that said the police department doesn't mind some ATV riding through the town to the gas station, etc as long as you stay around 10 mph and don't kick up the dust.

We really like the area. On any given day, you can watch the Jeeps crawl the Rock Garden or go find a big hill to climb. Even motorbikes go out to play.

They have a campground that is really nice. They camping is reasonable and they have pretty good bathrooms and showers. The people are really nice there.

It's a lot of fun....

Dawn

Any more questions, let me know....

Hey Chick, Can you tell me a little more abut the Disney area. The Mrs and I are from Kansas, but willing to travel to any area that is long enough and pretty. Weve been all over the country, but this is the firsttime I have heard of Disney. Thanks

Chick73,

Thank you for all the info on the Disney area. I found it to be most helpful. The Mrs and I will plan to hit that area next time were heading out that direction. If I can be of any help to you on info about Kansas or Colorado just let me know.
