places to ride in maryland!

For one, Green Ridge State Forest (near Cumberland, MD). Great scenery, relatively easy trails, extensive campsites, permit required ($ 15/year, good at other MD sites where ATVing is permitted).
Green Ridge, and other state facilities, are described on the website maintained by MD.

I live in New york and I will be getting my Raptor in December. My friends and I were thinking about planning a trip south where it is a little warmer in Dec. Could you give me some websites or phone numbers for some parks. Also I don't plan on registering mine in NY, would I have to have it registerd to ride trails in Maryland. Thanks
