We're heading to Lajes Field, Azores this November. We have an '04 Wolverine and an '05 Big Bear, and we don't wanna part with them. Are there quad trails in the Azores?? Also, I read on another post that you can ride on public streets... Any info would be appreciated...

 

i dont remember any trails but i wouldnt be surprised if there was some in the mountains. if your military i'm sure you could probably call someone and find out. there was a rec place there. if not i would bring a car because there is alot to do other wise.

 

I know that you can ride on the streets in mainland Portugal so I would assume you can in the Azores as well. I know you'd have to get it fitted with turn signals and a horn (and maybe a few other things) to make it street legal there. Not sure if there are any riding areas there, I was only in Ponta Delgada for a few days on a trans-atlantic sailing trip. Best of luck.
