I'm an NC rider and am rebuilding a 250R, hoping i'll be able to go dune riding somewhere close by. I know the outer banks are limited to dune riding because of protection, and most of the beaches have speed limits. Where are the closest dunes to NC to ride??? So far, the closest i've been able to locate is Little Sahara in Oklahoma, and Silver Lake Dunes in Michigan. Anything nearer???

 

there is some dunes in indiana but i don't think you can ride on them

prolly better off looking for some trails in that neck of the woods
