Default Camping locations in Texas???

Hey there guys. I am new to the forum here and have done some searching but need some advice as well. I recently got back into quads and bought myself, wife, and 2 boys each there own. I am looking for a kick *** place to camp over a long weekend (Memorial day maybe). My only restrictions are that i don't want it all torn up from ORV's. tire ruts will be hard on my boys as this is there first bike. I am wondering what places are out there that have great trails with jumps and hills, good camping facilities, and over all offer a great scenic experience. This was a major expense to get started, i just need to justify to my wife the money spent. Local trails are pretty good but we want to get out of the area for a few days and try something new? What places do you think are the best texas has to offer? TIA

Well there is Lake Murry, Munster, Rockey Ridge. There is also Little Sahara in Waynoka Ok. Its about 5 hours from Dallas. But you would need sand tires and flags. http://www.texasatvs.com/trails.htm

there is two new places that i havent been able to check out yet...one is rural shade atv ranch about 20 miles south/east of corsicana 1800 acres...then sulphur river trails in cunningham 100 miles east of dallas...rocky ridge might be a little rough for your boys....
