Thanks, thats good to know! We ride on the dirt roads up on the mountain, although they did have me on a couple of hard roads. Let me know when you are going up there next and maybe we can meet up. They say there alot of snakes up there in the summer and I have seen quite a few Bobcat dens.

I live in Mt. Airy on the north side of town and have seen all of the trails while driving around I-70 and Bartholomew Road, but can't figure out how to get on them and if it is ok. If anyone is riding in the Mt. Airy/New Market area, I would love to meet up and ride. I am only 5 minutes away.

You all should try GreenRidge, it is mountaineous and rocky but pretty cool! Its a 18mile loop and really just a few miles from RT 522. We all tried out the Taskers Gap in WVA and wasn't impressed at all. You talk about rocky, yea never got a break mostly boulder riding the whole way. GreenRidge is more enjoyable and trail friendly with some challenges.

Beware not all the loop abouts are the same, those drop offs should be marked IMO. So crawl down them! You want to know more let me know, we go there alot. Feel free to click my Youtube link below, it was filmed at GreenRidge just for a little scenic coverage.
Cheers,

R'
