Little Sahara, OK: Dyno facilities...
#1
For the past several trips to Waynoka, I have heard about people running their machines on the dyno. With the new motor I am planning, I would like to do so as well. I am familiar with the automotive dyno process, but have never ran an atv and have lots of questions...
Where are these setup and what do they cost?
What is offered to the customer: graph sheets, a/f charts, printouts, etc.?
What is included for the price: number of runs, setup time, jetting assistance, technician/rider availability, proper tire availability, etc.?
What tuning method is used most frequently, EGT or A/F?
Finally, I have heard about many dyno's reading both higher and lower than normal. How does the local setup compare to the others available both in the area and nationwide?
