Not from your distance. It's not worth it.

Loofer, you'd probably be much happier goign to Badlands (near the Illinois/Indiana border) in Attica. Plus that place is huge!

RubiconBob, may be right about having more fun at Attica, IND., as compared to The Mounds, in Flint MI. But the owners of Bad Lands, in Indiana, tell me it's only made up of one hundred acres of land. That is not enough riding to drive six hours away from home for me and the other riders. "The Mounds" is made up of two hundred acres land and has some of the difficult riding areas you encounter out on other trails across the state. The Mounds is a very good trainer, has a large parking lot and it's open to the public thru mid February. Does not reopen until near end of May. Loofer, unfortunetly your friend in Holland, is too far south of some really good trail systems which are located in Western Michigan's, Manistee Forest. In Michigan, you need to go that far before you reach legal trails.
Your choice...

Are you sure they didn't say 700 acres? Go to www.badlandsoffroad.com and see for yourself.

Thank, Moto93! You're right, I got bad information from some one there or my hearing is as bad as my wife says it is. That forces me to reconsider if we should take the time to go for the six hour ride to Badlands. The pics are encouraging, prices not that bad but we still have to check out lodging.
