[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] Well from what I have heard. the parks and Rec of kansas city don't have the funds to open the park like they were talking about doing. I think there was some mismangerment and some stolen funding down at City hall. If you look around the highways and streets aren't getting mowed like they were last year. I live right down the road from the park and I havn't seen any thing going on down the way but some guys tresspassing down there. I'll let ya know when I know anything.
