Big things happen in small places. It was interesting how the guy just sat on the back of his truck waiting for the cops.

Hi Frank, yes I think it was me in the big hole. That's the beginning of where we all met! Of course we manage to sink both ATV's but Lee's is fine, mine is the problem. Thanks for putting the word out trying to help us. We appreciate all tips and maybe he will find the problem. Work is taking over this week, so its on hold for a few days.

Hi Inez-- glad you found the forum. Hope Lee figures out the problem with the front diff. I had to pull mine apart and clean each piece. If the water got in the front prior to this weekend then there is a good chance that the rollers are rusty(that was my problem) and he can clean them with some fine sand paper/emory cloth. Make sure that you use factor gear oil required for the gear box. Removal and disasimbly was not very hard.

Hello everybody, Stemcell, Mr.Happy, & Jackmax! The good thing about buying 2 identical atvs is that I can swap parts until I find the problem. Trying to verify that the computer isn't messed up. I can unplug the front diff and plug to other atv to verify if coil is working properly, even though good ohms reading.... this is my next step and on to process and elimination! What I do need is an electrical diagram and getting ready to order one. Hope we can get all working well so as not to miss a ride!

Hang in there, I've got two friends that have those 330's, they both seem to think that it might be some kind of electrical swith/gear in the front diff that might have shorted or a bad connection at the handle bar switch or going into the front end. I don't know if that helps or not.
