Reading Anthracite Permits
Most people that ride there have them, including me.
DO NOT ride there unless you have the permit.
1.) They have increased patrols on the land 2.)Rumors are that if people ride on their land w/ out permits they will not offer permits next year and begin fining for riding on the land 3.) Keep the place legal (its the only place many of us here in eastern pa have to ride, if it got closed down to illegal riders, it would ultimately suck)
