The River Valley OHV Park is located across the Missouri river from Omaha Nebraska in Council Bluffs Iowa. It is open to the public and provides a place for ATV and off-road motorcycle enthusiasts to ride. The park is open from 7 a.m. to dusk.
The River Valley OHV Park is located on the north side of the road, just past the bridge on Hwy 275 / 92.
All riders must display a valid Iowa OHV sticker. Out-of-state riders can buy stickers from any outlet that sells Iowa hunting or fishing licenses. There is a nearby sporting good store, just 5 miles down the same road that they can be purchased at.
This 300 acre OHV Park has two large parking lots located in the front of the park. There is plenty of room for trailers and tow vehicles. Making loading, unloading and backing trailers not a problem. There are no rest room facilities at the park that I could see.

The perimeter trail is fairly well marked. And depending on weather conditions, there is water and mud throughout the park. Some of the water crossings are fairly deep and I would recommend that you keep your air box lids and snorkels in place. Some of the ruts are pretty deep, and will high center swing arm ATV?s. It is advisable for someone in your party to have a winch or a least a rope, as some of these deep ruts are hidden below the muddy water.

There are many different trails & routes to choose from. Rolling hills, open meadows and thick woods, provide a constant change of scenery. Be advised that the wooded trails are fairly tight, and require the rider to be constantly alert for logs crossing the trail and low hanging obstacles.
