Ok well me and 3 others will be going up to WV to ride the Pinnacle Creek trails on 5-18/5-19 look for some descriptions of the trails. Hatfield website say 105 miles of trails....map just doesn't seem that big is there really that many miles of trails? Lot of creek crossings? Last question are you allowed to carry gas with you on the HM trails?

 

as far as i know you can carry gas never ridden hatfield mccoy but ridden that area alot plenty of wild trails to ride free go up pinnacle creek to wagonwheel ask directions to the koa campground hatfield has a new trail there i think its indian ridge i think 75 miles add all this together you should have more than enough riding be careful of some of the water crossings if it has rained alot i have crossed all of them but always be careful in water it is a great place to ride and everyone i have ever met has been friendly and helpful good luck

 

Never been there yet but really want to try it on the next trip down. You can carry gas no problem. We've been riding Dingess Rum and Browning Fork from the first day they opened and love it. Please let me know how the trails are and if your campsite is right on the trails. Maybe I'll make a trip to that trail this fall.

 

yeah pretty much anything goes up there. u take what u want. its cool theres alot of trails. we went up on labor day w-end of 06 and memorial w-end
