I hear a lot of talk of riding areas at Red Sands, but there are plenty of awesome riding areas that aren't so jeep-ridden and dangerous. Just try Artcraft road & airport rd, or the lava flows off of Columbus rd. or off of 408 by Aguirre springs park. There are places inside of Biggs Army Airfield right by 375 and other locations where they havent developed yet. Just as long as you stay off the construction sites and wear the proper gear, the MP's don't seem to mind. Of course, not everybody has access to that area unless you have DOD credentials. Also, there are areas in Mesquite, NM and Sunland park, NM, Am I the only one that knows of this? I haven't seen any talk about any of these areas.
