NEW Puget Sound/Seattle/Northwest area riders MEET HERE!!! thread
Not everyone, been out doing stuff since 6. Came in for breakfast and coffee and had to check how all you folks up north are doing.
Cooler weather is nice, tired of getting sunburned all the time. Also makes watering the girls garden a lot easier with the overcast. Wind has been blowing hard down here, really dries things out.
Guy came by and picked up the last two trucks we had for sale and another has ask me to hold the last of the old cars for him. He'll pick it up in two weeks. Sure glad to get all that stuff out of the way, makes keeping things mowed up a lot easier. Still got a couple of buildings to tear down and one to put up but we're making progress.
MB, you better bank up that vacation time, save it till you can spend a month or more checking out the riding in Arizona. Know a guy that spends winters down there and he puts on a bunch of quad miles each year. Hope to go down for a couple of weeks next January.
We used to be all Ford equipment for the farm but now SWMBO has a Hyundai, I drive an S-10 but the big pickup is still Ford. Got the fleet cut way back and am considering giving the F-250 to my son and just borrow it if I need a bigger pickup. Makes my insurance a lot cheaper.
Enjoy the cooler weather and I suspect within a few days there will be whining about "Where's the sun?".
Mike
