Morning PSAR!

We got back yesterday about noon. Cleaned out the trailer, took some hot showers and did laundry for the rest of the day. We had a good time though. Justin took Ally and I out in the boat. I forgot Allyson's life jacket at home so i put a big orange adult one on her and she fell asleep. It was perfect though cuz it held her head up. LOL The weather wasn't to bad. It sprinkled off and on, so it wasn't like we had to hide under the awnings or in the trailers.

We had a load coming home though. We had a gator in the trailer, with the coolers, etc and in the back of the truck it was FULL of wood. Gotta get prepped for winter some how. :-)

Mornin' PSAR

 

Good Morning PSAR!

It's 50 degrees and raining over here. One day of partial sunshine and no wind and the rain moves back in. I'm never going to get the mowing done! Guess I'll spend some time cleaning in the shop.

Sounds like some fun was had over the weekend, hope the rest of the folks survived with no damage. Understand there was not much danger of sunburn this year. Friends that went to the Oregon coast got wet a lot but had a good time anyway.

Pulling the big mower yesterday and kept hearing a squeak. Finally found the source when the front tire on the AC tractor quit going around, bearing failure. New parts for both side will be in on friday.

Good Morning PSAR!

Did I hear someone trying to get in?

Overcast and raining the last two days. Worked in the shop yesterday and got quite a lot done on the rebuild and tossing out a lot of old stuff. Oldest son was helping and he made two trips to the dump. Bout four yards of garbage per load. Old cabinets, pieces of wood, old parts and just stuff in general.

Took the dogs to the vet yesterday morning, picked them up late afternoon. Both had teeth cleaned and general checkups. Old Corgi Dog had one bad tooth that had to come out. Little Schnauzer, who has some deformed teeth from birth, had six taken out. Most to help her get a better bite.

She had apparently had her jaw damaged as a pup, both dogs are rescue dogs and had tough times before we got them.

Mike, glad to hear the little doggies made it through the vet ok, nothing better than a good ole rescue dog, pretty much what I was before Val rescued me

I've been working alot of hours for the man and working around the house on projects that I'll probably never get finished, not alot of free time for fun stuff, guess that will come upon retirement

Everybody have a great week and enjoy this crappy weather
