good to note about the facebook. I'm in Bellevue. My ATV is in Texas, but will have one here before next summer. my group from home does a trip up into Arkansas (4,000 acres in the Ozarks) every September that's coming up.

I've met a few folks that ride up here, mostly on private land near cle Elum. I'm assuming there's lots of places to ride, they just may not be that obvious when searching online? Other than the ORV parks, not finding that much.

and that's where the locals who have been riding for a while come in. I'm hoping to connect up with folks like yourselves to have a group to ride with.

My group that goes to Arkansas every year and I are starting to plan for other places in between here and there for next summer. We're looking for Colorado places, like the Grand Mesa, etc. Will be a good trip.

But back to here, really looking forward to riding up here. will send you the facebook note. Will be next summer before I have a quad here. Speaking of which, I've always had utilities (like the foreman, etc.). I mostly see sport quads up here, which I assume people are mostly riding in the sand (eastern Washington?). What do you guys ride?

Clay, the majority of us up here have sporties and we ride the trails with them.
There is sand to ride in Eastern WA but I don't go there.
Sporties on the trails up hear are fun and challenging.

We (my wife and I) make two trips a year to the Oregon Dunes. My wife and I go each summer and a group of us goes every Thanksgiving (called Sandy Turkey) Lots of fun with a Thanksgiving feast and outdoor movies around the campfire.

Not a lot of publicized riding areas up here.
Capitol Forest
Evans Creek
Tahuya State Forest
Walker Valley

Then there are the unofficial riding areas. South of Monroe, Darrington and some others.

Don't get your hopes up. When I first found this site, wasn't much here for the Seattle area. Connect with a local group. Lots of activity else where for the northwest. I connected with Washington ATV. https://www.facebook.com/waatva
