DM, I guess this question would be directly towards you. Even though you do not have Juno anymore, hopefully you can help me out. Last Thursday was the last time I got online at home. Everything worked fine. Then on Friday I tried and it was saying I didn't have any access numbers so I had to search for some, which were the same numbers, I already had. I hit connect, and all's it says is, prepare dialing. It will sit like this for ever. I get sick of looking at it for 30 mins and shut the computer down and restart it, same thing, prepare dialing. I have checked my phone lines and everything. Last night, I hit the help button and looked for a number to call support and the number that I found wants to charge me $1.95 a minute. Screw that!!! So this morning I looked for a different number and again they want to charge $1.95 to help me. Again screw that! Do you have any ideas of how I can get this fixed?

Angie go to your account, then try emailing them from work, I used to have that problem & had to reload Juno a few times if I remember right, YES I have your disc haha, plus when I cancelled my acct. they sent me a new disc? they are very hard to get ahold of & that is retarted that they want to charge $1.95!!!

I would 1st try emailing them from your work computer

Well Wunderboy went out to CB to have his coil tested yesterday to see if it was toasted as they said they can test them he laughed as they can just test the resistance? But he ended up grabbing a new plug, cuz the one we had in there was not a stock one it had 2 prongs on it instead of one, he rode it a little bit seems to be ok but just not enough room to test here anymore, not sure if we are racing Sat. or not him & Ron have to drive to Spanaway to pick up a tranny for his Focus so we will see ahhhh decisions decisions do I race or fix my car!!

Thanks, my first one was for tendon repair, this one is just scar tissue removal (scar tissue has grabbed hold of tendon, not letting it glide like it should), atleast I can put pressure on foot day after surgery [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
