If anybody wants to camp at Silver Ridge Ranch on September 6th, 7th, 8th, that's Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Val has reserved sites 37-45 in the group area, you can arrive Friday afternoon (check in and out is 2:00pm) and leave Sunday afternoon, cost is $40.00.

Those that want to go, could you let us know day of arrival and departure. We'll make sure the PSAR Fire Pit is in the group site, that is if it's still alive and kicking.

Can't use it at Walker, it only has about 3" of ground clearence.

The air show was fabulous! Great weather, great people-watching, great show.

I was very impressed with how the spectators behaved - especially since the exiting part turned out to be a 2.5 hour cluster. However, part of it was probably due to all of the emergency vehicles - supposedly a woman had her baby in the parking lot. The people in attendance were a great audience.

Bad: my poor spf-15 was NO MATCH for the sun reflecting off the tarmac. I am FRIED [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] Plus I have reverse raccoon eyes from my shades [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Anyway, it was an awesome way to spend the day.
