Good Morning PSAR!

I had to stay home with the little one on Friday. She was so congested! I was cleaning out her nose every 15 mins. Plus, I got the cold too, so we just layed around all weekend and she is doing alot better. I'm sure my work just loves it that I come back and only work 3 days, but oh well my daughters health is alot more important than the work.

Bill, good to hear that your doing ok. Hang in there!

Wow! Sorry to hear about your problems Bill, hang tough and heal. Like the others we'll keep you in our prayers.

Good to hear Val has stuffed Hap under the house. Maybe with enough punishment he'll learn to behave.

Been away from the internet for awhile, finally got the install guy here to put up the dish for the computer hookups. Couldn't get an amplifier tough enough to send a signal from the other house, too far away apparently, so had to have another dish put up. Two satellite radio antennas, TV and computer dishes, two UHF antennas, one CB mast and a cell phone booster thing on the back of the house. This place looks like an airport.

The move continues, son and daughter-in-law are full time at the farm now and I'm here most of the time doing the remodel. SWMBO has finally agreed it's time for her to retire and will be finished and over her before Thanksgiving. Time for us to relax, spoil the grandkids and do some traveling. Hunting and fishing are great here and having the rifle range right outside the back door is a real treat. I ride the quad on the county roads around here all the time. Long as you look like a farmer and have a helmet on the local deputies figure the quad is a farm implement like a tractor. Found a buyer for the Seattle place so thats all taken care of and we don't have to worry about carrying a contract and such.

Sun is just starting to come up and the eastern horizon is turning red and pink, really nice to have a full open sky all the way around. Mt Adams and Mt Hood are just starting to catch the sun on their tops. Makes them look like strawberry ice cream cones. It's so quiet you can hear your heart beating. Got a little fire going in the wood stove in the front room, just hot enough to keep the coffee pot hot. Going to be putting the washer and dryer in it's final spot this morning and building in a couple of storage cabinets. Change order from the boss from the previous design of a free standing unit. Apparently the idea of a Formica top won out.

Dang but life is good.

Mike

You can get a product at most health food stores that carry stuff for pets that works really well for getting rid of fleas. Don't recall the name of it but it's a powder that you sprinkle on your rug, very small amount, and just leave it there. No chemicals, some kind of irritant that gets under the fleas armor plates and cuts their skin. Kills them all in just a few days. No smell and pet and human safe.

Yes, the wife does deserve to quit working. Been drawing her SS for a couple of years now so has to be careful not to earn too much. She just enjoys her patients so much and thinks of them as family but it's time to relax and enjoy what we have accomplished over the years. Having all the kids within a 20 minute drive and the grandkids just next door, bout 80 yards, is a real plus as well.

Always as close as the keyboard.

Well if you happen to remember it maybe you could post it or I can call or go to the health food store & ask them THANKS

I just got back from the store I am going to try the Raid brand of flea spray just sprayed the WHOLE house, locked the cat in the bathroom, so we'll see how it works, I figured Raid was better than Hartz

Kymmy, the quads are not mine. I have a lightly scuffed Yamaha Wolverine (cough, for sale, cough) and one of Kirk Swain's 4 Suzuki LT500R quadzillas. I've been hired to "make them go away" if you know what I mean. I'm on the ropes with the Wolverine.... parts are only $114.00

Especially if you're stacking them on your car and truck that belong in the garage [img][/img]</end quote></div>

we would park them in the garage if they ever got washed only things that get washed go in the garage... that is why bikes and skateboards litter my lawn as well
