Well everything went well. I like that ride. The only thing that went wrong was that I broke a tie rod on my bike. Lucky for me Chris "The man" had a extra one for his bike that he let me use. All in all a good time. Thanks to all I look forward to doing it again. Maybe if Jay gets a better bike he can go next time.

Made it back from Waddell, no injuries, a couple of sore wrists or thumbs, one bent Kawi tie rod, luckly Chris had an extra, many water/mud puddles, nothing too serious, no stuck quads and some beautiful weather. It was a great ride

Fun ride today guys! Sure glad Happa stopped as soon as he did this morning. I couldn't feel my hands at all it was so cold and wet! I have about four sets of gloves but I'm not happy with any of them. Does anyone make a real water proof glove that's going to keep me warm and dry all day?

We were only 2 miles into the ride when my fingers were frozen, guess I should have worn my winter gloves , but atleast they never got wet, all day I have a pair of neoprene gloves I got at Cabelos, have worn them in wet conditions with the raptor, they kept my hands dry and warm

I use those little hot hands hand warmers inside a pair of Carhart waterproof gloves. Put the little warmers on in your glove on the back of your hand and it warms the blood supply to the whole hand. Roasty toasty for the whole ride.
There's always riding with one hand back on your exhuast...
Glad you guy had a good ride. Handy that we learned from Cindy's mishap and you started carrying tie rods. Got my extra, too.
