Is the pulled pork a sandwich? I wonder if the catfish is farm raised up here? Next time we go I'll just order up that $60 sampler platter, it has a little of everything. I think it's a party platter for 4 people, but I'm sure I can finish it off myself </end quote></div>

Morning PSAR!

Everyone is invited to meet with Hap at Famous Dave's BBQ and watch him founder himself on the Sampler Platter. It's gonna be one bodacious spectacle.

The Pulled Pork or Shredded Pork, whatever they are calling it, is served on bread kind of like a sandwich but open face. Yummy good! I'm not that crazy about the Wilber Beans. Dual Meat Combo, great way to finish off a day. Don't know if the Catfish is pen raised, didn't see any little brands on it.

I'm sure most peoples schedules are more flexable than yours due to the nature of your job. We should wait until everybody can attend since they only come around once in a blue moon in the southend Of course this is just MHO

The 2nd works for us as does the 15/16. So lets plan one or the other!

Oh, and good morning everyone!

Wow, it looks weird in the garage of the toyhauler. There's only 3 quads, all on their wheels - kinda empty compared to all of our previous trips.

Well, off to drop off Michael's pick up and get a few more supplies for our trip.
