Well, it sure is cold here in Iowa. -10 this morning!

Anyway, we are running out of places to ride in Iowa. But I heard of a few more. A place called 600 acres near Solond and mine strips near Bussey. Has anyone ever rode on these atv riding ares? Just getting some ides befroe spring.

The 600 acres is between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City ( a few miles south of Ely)as part of the Coraville resevior the the mining strip place is down by Ottumwa. I have been to 600 acres and its fun but can get crowded as atv,s bikes and 4x4's all have the run of it.
I have friends who have been to the mine and said its not a place for a beginner as it has many hidden drop offs some 20ft or more. Waterloo has a private track of 50 acres or so but havn't been there yet. I usually ride private ground with friends or where i hunt. Good luck riding
