Default Just got back from Hatfield McCoy, have some pics

We hit the highway at 2:40am in MA and arrived in Gilbert WV about 15hrs later. We stayed at Kermits Cabin. The cabin was modern and had ALL the amenities coffee, WIFI, gas grill, stove, fridge, fire pit, ATV wash area ect...

The trail system is very well marked and maintained, they had just had some serious rain a couple of weeks prior to us getting there and had repaired a lot of trails that had land slides covering them. We stayed on the easier trails the entire time, because we had a couple of new ATV riders in the group.

Glad you had a great time, I bet you ready to go back already.. lol

The last two years they have had crazy rain and flooding , but they are quick to fix the trails.

Good job again on the pics... Thanks.

We plan on going back, but because of the distance it may only be once every two years . I am going to try to do a guys only trip on the next one and let the wives hang out in MA and go shopping.

Hey Nick - I hope you and your dad had a good trip back home. We left at 4:30am and didn't get home until 9:45pm, traffic was insane in CT. We are heading to Hersey Park, PA tomorrow, but this is only a 4-5hr trip..

forwhldrv - My wife was OK with the drive and my 10yr old son did very well (with a little help from the Playstation Portable).. We are going to hit Jericho State Park in Berlin, NH in the fall. As far as riding around my house, it's getting harder and harder to find good trails as my area is starting to develop with new sub divisions going in all the time.
