Adventure Falls at Marble Falls, Texas

Anyone ridden there? Am wanting to find out about this fairly new place outside of Austin Texas before I make a 200 mile trip.

It seems like a pretty cool idea, has a good website, but I want to know how good the trails are.

Anyone been there?
