has anyone been to harlan ky? just wondering if u have to wear helmets?

 

yes on the helmets...went to Evart. You can ride yer quads on town though...helpful there...ya used to be able to ride much more but the state gov't put an end to that...but I would recommend it,,,nice trails...and a HUGE variety of vehicles to see out there.
