TEXAS RIDERS!!

Any of you guys going riding this weekend? Me and a friend are thinking about going camping for once this weekend, either to Rocky Ridge or Muenster, not sure on which one yet.
Just curious if anyone had any plans or thought about riding this weekend. If we do go camping it will prolly be from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon.
Email me if interested, oh and, even though the signs say "no acohol" were still bringing some
just not while we ride, only for the night camp fire
and if your over 21 come and drink at the fire with us!

I'm up for going riding. I went this lastweekend out to Barnett's MX Track in Denison. That place sucked really bad, never take the long drive up there. I might go out to Muenster this coming weekend, probably Sat. I need to ride my new YZ125 I bought last Saturday. My Banshee wasn't running to good Sat. I think I'm running a little to lean...I'm going to order some new mains and pilots this week, so hopefully it will be running good for next weekend
99 Banshee, FMF Fatty's, Power Core 2's, K&N filter with precharger, yellow maier racing fenders
99 YZ125, bone stock except for Renthals
soon to have- N-style v2 graphics/seatcover, Pro Circuit Pipes/silencers

I wish you had let me know you were palnning on going to Barnett's and I could have told you not to waste your time. That place is a joke. We went and practiced at the The Badlands in Celeste this weekend, their track is pretty decent. A little more quad friendly anyway. They are having thei first night race next saturday night. Should be a decent quad turnout.

That place was a joke...I don't see how they have races there. The jumps were unreal for a quad (ruts, 80 degree angle)but I had to go to meet a guy from Arkansas to buy that YZ125 from him. Next weekend looks real promising I want to head out to Muenster or somewhere.

JetSport,
Theres some sand out there but not enough to run paddles all day long, just bring out the knobbies.
The weather looks good for this weekend (knock on wood) so far.
I couldnt give you a comparison to Lake Murray, never been there but Muenster is a great place to ride, tons of trails open and technical, hills, back by the river (if its down which it prolly isnt) you can drag race on the sand banks.

Any news on flying "P" re-opening? That place was decent and only about 45 minutes from the house.
