Does anyone have any info on this place. It supposedly has 29 miles of trails. Is it worthwhile? What do you need to be able to ride there?

I think you need to insure and register your quad and i believe those PA state trails don't open till Memorial Day weekend. This page would probably help out, http://www.lvatv.org/
