Tripower,

I try to go every weekend but it never happens that way! ;o)
Next trip will probably be to the track at Hawkpoint, never been there and I want to check it out. A decent track but no trails or other stuff to ride.
Finger Lakes was fun, but the track was in just as bad a shape as the trails.

Not sure if Ebo is good for ATV's anymore.
I have heard Washington County is going to be issueing a new ATV permit that we can ride the national forest down there. Not sure who to contact about it so I just go where I know.

I was at Hazel Creek awhile back and there were tons of quads running around, but I emailed the midwest jeep thing club who goes there all the time and they say it is closed to ATVs and cycles now, licensed vehicles only and rangers are patrolling on ATVs. Then again they dont like ATVs sharing their trails so it may be bull.

LoeRyder, there are no trails or track maintenence at fingure lakes. That's what makes it a REAL OHV park. Go anywhere wipe out anything, avoid the cliffs with over 100 ft drops. You didn't actually get the 300ex stuck did you???

El Rancho,

I agree with the no trail maintenance, but they DO maintain the track, at least for organized events they do.
There was a Cat parked right there on the lot so I know they work on it.

I didn't get stuck stuck, like anything I couldn't rock my way out of, but damn there was some soupy mudholes that just swallow you up. It rained three days before we went too, that didn't help at all.

My buddy sunk his YZ250F damn near to the tailpipe in one of those holes that "didn't look that deep". When it is that wet I avoid the mudholes.

Ok, back to business, Anyone down for St Joe this Saturday?
Im jonesing to go ride since my bike is faster now. How much is the question.

Hello All,
I am going to St. Joe on Saturday and looking for some people to ride with. Let me know if anyone is interested in meeting up to drive down in a group. I have an '86 Tri-Z 250 3-wheeler that runs like a beast. Let's hope that this awesome weather sticks around for the weekend.

EBO is closed and their being pretty serious about it from what I have heard. We dove past a little while back and they had almost every tree painted with the no tresspasing paint. I even talked to one guy that said he and his freinds got $200 tresspassing tickets.

ineedabudlite, did they see the vehicles parked and that is how they got the tickets or did they catch them on the bikes?

From what they said Washington County Deputies where at there trucks when they came back to where they where parked. The deputies apparently wrote several ticket that day. A guy I work with was down there a week or two ago and said that they came in the back way crossing the rail road tracks and the road had a big pile of dirt then a trench, big pile, trench, big pile, and a trench. He said that it was posted all over. The land sold to a privite indvidual from what I understand, and he don't want anyone riding there because of legal hassels. I can understand his point. I have seen several people get hurt there, I even broke my own leg there years ago. We use to ride there and rivermont a couple times a week years ago. Before they knocked part of the hill down, you use to really be able to fly. I had a couple of 65 footers way back when, on my old 250R.
