What do they charge to get in?

 

they ask a 5 dollar donation to get in.......i've given more, and given less..........just depends on the cash i have..........

people generally start comin in around 11am, and leave at dark........

they have bathrooms (port-o-johns) and a food stand thats reasonably priced.........

the best part is if (in my case when) you get stuck there is always someone to pull you out!!!!

yeh ive seen the crowd there but i was leary about bringing my 7 year old out there on his 90 he might get run over.thats why we go to bartow sometimes when we get there we have the whole place to ourselves.youghta check it out.

 

dont' be so leary bout that, they get real angry when you break their 10 mph speed limit..........(unless you aaare goin thru mud you gotta hit harder, if there aren't any kids around)

but about bartow.........give great directions and a good saturday or sunday to hook up and i'll gladly come...........

Where's mud hole 33?

 

I'm going to 33 tomorrow for the first time. I usually ride with a group from the highlifter forum, we ride mostly off of I-95 at the scottsmoor exit. You need 4wd in most of the places we go, let me know if anyone is interested.

 

theagony - I think I saw you at 33 today (jan.27), I saw a man with a goatee and a black ranger riding a mojave. In fact he spun out on me, but apologized. Today was my first time there it was a lot of fun. Maybe we can get together and ride somewhere else sometime.

 

Hiya COTTS4x4, I live in Scottsmoor about 10 min. away from 5A where your group rides. I take my DS and Jeeps back to Moose pond and the Playground on most Sundays. In fact I'm going to ride my DS up there this Sunday.
