hey My friends and me live around the rock hill area do anybody here live around here too and like to come riding with us. we usually ride around the bowater area and ride over across from fastbucks a place that has some jumps and mud puddles. we mostly have been riding lately at the tracks near bowater climbing hills and so if anybody maybe lives around here give me a shout later from #1 stunning madmike

 

I live in rock hill. My son and I love to ride. We used to ride at some places out near bowater years ago. I wonder if that is where you are riding? how do you get to where you are riding?

mojaveaddict where at do you live? I live off highway 21 on christy Cove Ln. in between dot faris and hall spencer. I don't think i've seen you since you haven't rode down here in a long time. I ride on the trails and ride beside the river where there are some huge hills you can climb if you have ever seen them and I also ride in other various places. there is a fastbucks store right near bowaters if you know what I'm talking about and we usually stop there and fill up on gas then go riding all over. If you know how to get to fastbucks maybe we can figure something up so we can meet like maybe next weekend or whenever you have time to ride and we can go from there and go riding. well send me a reply to let me know something later from #1 stunning madmike

 

I live in newport, its just outside of rock hill going toward york or clover. I live near the intersection of mt gallant road and hwy 274. I did not know you could ride around the river and bowater any more. Do you ever get hassled or run off from there. Where is a good place to park with a trailer there. We used to go past bowater entrance and then a little before the bridge that goes over the river we turned to the left on a dirt road that went to little boat landing area. we would park and ride from there. Is this the same place you are riding?

 

RR I know the trails you are talking about out near bowater, they are awesome. Especially the ones right by the river where the huge hills are, although I have only saw them at night, they are really steep. And that little play area across from fastback where those jumps are at is real cool too.

I have not rode over there in a long time either because I heard that it got bad with people getting caught. That is for damn sure I dont want to have happen and end up losing my quad or going to jail or both!!!

BTW I live in RH too off of Hwy 901.

I finally made it out to Enoree, MojaveAddict, I like it a lot and have been there several times now. The next new place to try is Croatan, in NC, will be there in April.

 

Guys it is nice to hear from you. let me start this off by talking to you mojaveaddict first. I know where you are from i've been down there a few times and yes I ride around bowater area that you are talking about. If you know where fastbucks is located which is right near bowaters you could stop there and unload your quads and we could go riding around. and no we never get hassled because when me and my friend were up at fastbucks filling up on gas this guy told us that bowaters won't mess with us but they don't because i was riding out there every day.

now for you ANightryder the trails out at bowater are fun to ride. since you mentioned the hugh hills at the river I know a friend with a 400ex who tried them both and didn't make one. I have seen two of my friends make the second hill which ain't as bad as the first hugh one. one friend had a 250ex and he climbed it this past friday night and also so did my friend with his honda rancher 350 es and it was so funny because he was going so slow which he had no choice but he made it. me personally have not tried them but i will when i get new tires. and also to answer your other thing about trouble we were riding over across from fastbucks which is fun place to hang out like everyday and also bowaters we haven't got into trouble. usually when we are riding in a group and we stop by fastbucks me and my good friend justin just show off in the parking lot of fastbucks doing wheelies and every other thing we could. but we haven't got into any trouble period. so if you want to come riding and also mojaveaddict lets go riding just let me know when you are coming down and we will meet at fastbucks later guys from #1 stunning madmike

 

Hey RR I am from Chester S.C., but know I live in Virginia, but I will be down around Rock Hill in June or July, I was thinking that maybe I could hook up with you guys and ride. I haven't ridden down that way in years, I used to ride in Chester and Great Falls all the time. I have a 2000 400ex with a WB pipe, K&N filter, jetted and that is about it. Redryder, I drove down buy Fastbucks and looked at the area yesterday and saw all the NO Trespassing signs everywhere. Looks like lots of riding in there that would be fun. Are you still riding in there without getting run off? those signs kinda bother me and I don't want to get my quads taken by the law. If I park the trailer at Fastbucks then all they have to do is wait there on me to come back. I would ride there if you are sure that it is ok. Does Bowater own that land?

 

hey mojaveaddict I'm glad you came down and looked at the area where you can park. don't worry about the signs like I said before we ride alot around here in all of the areas and have never been run off by bowaters. also you can park your truck and trailor at fastbucks they won't mind. I'll tell you this we came up into fastbucks like two weeks ago about 8:00 or so to fill up on gas to go riding and we noticed a parking lot full of trucks with trailors around the back of the building and we counted it up and we figured there are aleast 40 fourwheelers out riding around. we went riding and found them all and we went riding with them that night. let me tell you this we could be a half mile down from a spot we turned in on and there would still be fourwheelers coming in from that turn because they were so many of them. one last thing don't worry about the law if you stick with me we'll be fine. whenever you read this send me a reply and let me know when you want to come down like a certain time and day and I'll be waiting at fastbucks for you to show up for whatever time you choose and we'll go riding with a couple of my friends and show you are trails and what else we do. later buddy from #1 stunning madmike
