I ride in that area, and am pretty familiar with the trails. What route do you plan on taking to get from Danbury to Iron RIver? Have you ever been up the Gandy Dancer TRail, and then go into some of the Minn. State FOrests in that area? It's pretty good mud riding.
My woman and I will be in that area (MIning/Gordon/Danbury) this same weekend, riding a 400ex and 300ex. I don't think we'll make the overnight trip, but perhaps we'll look for you on the trail if we cross paths.

I don't know what route they will be taking. The Washington-Ramsey Wheelers are sponsoring the ride. I was on the Gandy Dancer from St. Croix to Lewis about a month ago on the Pantera and my son was on his Explorer 400. The state travel information person in St. Croix made him buy an out of state snowmobile permit for his ATV before they would allow him to ride on the Gandy Dancer.
Is that normal or was that state employee misinformed?
