Graybeard, we may know each other. I live in Flo town. SC DNR has several trails on thier site. Little Saudi is alright. Maybe we can hook up for a ride? You are not the guy known as "Pops" at saudi are you? He has a gray beard and is pretty cool. Not to mention he whipped up on me with his kawi 650.

No I'm not Pops from little saudi, but did ride with him about a month ago. He showed me the trails around the place, along with a gent on a red honda. I was riding a AC500 auto, that was my first visit to the place since 1973, so you know that I'm +21.
Where are the DNR trails you were talking about? Did talk to the ranger at the state forrest close to McBee, and the state is building about eighty miles of trail in the sandhills, as soon as the woodpeckers finish nesting, and the enviornmentalist give the go-ahead for them to finish the project.
Still looking for somewhere close to ride, so get in touch.

Just got back from Saudi, had a blast, just enough rain to keep the dust down and the puddles full. Still nice today just a little cool.

I was out there from noon to about 1700. The dust was bad a couple of weeks ago,but the past few Saturdays have stormed enough tp keep the dust down. I do not like puddles since I have no fenders hardly.Still had lots of fun. I ride the yellow sport 400(polaris) and drive a white Z71,stop me and say high if you see me.I sure do not see to many AC's out there.Later.

I used to live in Goosecreek, SC on the naval base. I go down there and visit with friends sometime. I would really appreciate any info on places to ride anywhere near there. Any good sand dunes around?

Thanks for your reply. My dad owns a 440+6 1971 plymouth gtx. We used to go to a lot of car shows in the Charleston area in'91 and '92.
